Solid-core leaded block door

Sealed wooden door assemblies, including the door frame, are the solution for effectively preventing X-ray leakage at access points.

Leaded block door is a main components of X-Ray protection in a room.
It is not just a simple door, but a complete system including the door itself (the leaf) and the frame (the casing), both leaded to prevent any X-Ray leakage. Essential for staff and patients protection.

Technical features :

– Leaded beech door frame of 70mm x 70mm (other dimensions on request)
– Medium wooden junction tapes of 8 mm thickness
– Standard dimensions : Height 2040mm x width 930mm (1 leaf) or Height 2040mm x 930+930mm (2 leaves) (other dimensions on
request),
– Lead equivalence : 1mm, 1,5mm, 2mm, 2,5mm, 3mm

Options for better ergonomics :

For a perfect integration, several options are available for use :
– Leaded occulus of 330mm x 430mm, lead equivalence 1mm, 2mm, 3mm
– Overlap of the door leaf in laminated wood or fine wood essence
2 unequal leaves
